OK, I admit it: I admire Kate at Babylune immensely, and I still read her blog, even though my child’s almost four, now. There’s something about her voice, her perspective, her quiet kindness, that soothes me every time I go visit her online.
Well, that and the fact that she’s always looking for a way to give back to the world.
Yesterday was Mother’s Day, UK, and us folks in the US will have to wait until May to celebrate. In between, keep visiting Babylune for charity, because she’ll donate $1.00 for every 1000 page views between now and then to the charity of your choice. She’s found some good ones this time, and when the drive is over, she’ll let her readers vote which group should receive the rewards. Each charity specifically helps women and children.
